Gorban Anna was born in the city of Omsk on July, 5th, 1974. In some years she moved to Krasnoyarsk together with her parents. Anna started to be engaged in purposefully art activity in the age of 14, by taking part in the children's city and regional exhibitions, the art competitions of youth. In the age of eighteen she took part in the regional festival «Women in Art», that was in Novosibirsk, and presented her small exposition of the Siberian landscape.

1994 – the personal exhibition "Pastels" organized by art-graphic faculty of the Krasnoyarsk Architectural Academy , participation in art projects of the Cultural-Historical center «Na Strelke», creative actions of the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic society.

2000 – entered the Krasnoyarsk State Art institute, Anna came back to easel graphics in her creativity. In 2003 moved to the Moscow State University of Printing Arts (finished in 2008).

In 2003 she received the invitation to participate in the International festival «March for Parks», supported by WWF and IFAW. Anna's personal exhibition «Water and Stones» (“Voda i Kamni”), devoted to the nature of Siberia, traveled to many cities, towns and villages of Eastern part of Siberian region, reserves and games of the Krasnoyarsk territory. The catalogue of exhibition (photo of works), was placed in the Cultural part of the web-site of UNESCO.

In 2004, at the invitation of the Russian embassy in Switzerland, there was a big traveling tour across Switzerland, during which a graphical series “Road Album” (nearly 40 lists) was created. Series devoted to the 60th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between Russia and Switzerland

In 2006 her exhibition “Faces of Rock Climbers” (“Stolbizm v litsah”) - Portrait Gallery for Russian Federation of mountaineering and rock-climbing, had a great cultural and public resonance. It was presented in many cities and towns. After that were wore many personal exhibitions in private galleries and state institution of the region.

In 2008 there was the defense of the degree work at the faculty of illustration and print, the Moscow State University of Print – a series of illustrations to the book of Nile Heiman Neverwhere, a graphic series Walk under the Rain. It is estimated with the excellent mark by the certifying commission.

At the present moment Anna works at graphics, illustrating of books, organizes master classes for the yang artists.

Her works of art are situated in galleries, museums and in private collections in Russia, Britain, Switzerland, China and the USA.
